How is the order process with Real HausYou can either call us or book with us directly on the website for the services you need. After the time and date is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you including all the details.

Can I have discount if I order multiple service for the same house?We offer varieties of discount rate if you book multiple service for one house at the same time. You can find out the price for discount rate on our ordering page.

Any travel fees if outside the metro area?Although we strive to cover as many areas as possible, there are some locations beyond our standard service range that incur an additional travel fee. We cover service range within 30 mins from Denver metro, and when the property is 50-60 minutes away, an extra $25 travel fee will apply. $50 for 60-75 minutes drive, and $100 for 90 minutes. If the service location is beyond 90 mins, please reach out to discuss.

What if I only need exterior photos?Besides standard photography plan, we offer special photo plan as well. You can find normal exterior photo plan or twilight exterior photo plan on the ordering page.

I don't see my discount apply to my multi-service order?Don't worry, once you submit your order, we'll send you an invoice with the discount applied.

When will I receive the invoice with discount applied?A confirmation email will be sent after the booking with the updated invoice (when discount is applicable)

What do I need to do after booking and between the appointment?Getting the home ready for the photos is crucial. Please let the home owner know the day and time of the appointment so they can organize and clean the home to optimize the pictures result. For agents, please check the weather constantly for the appointment day, if any reason you would like to cancel or reschedule due to the weather, let us know as soon as possible. To avoid cancellation fee, please contact us day before the appointment time.

What happens in inclement weather?It is client's decision if the inclement weather poses a difficulty to the appointment. We encourage clients to consider a rescheduling when: Heavy rain/ Fog/ Snow is forecasted. Cloudy and light raining days are usually ok for the photoshoot. In fact cloudy day is the best time to shoot! Lighting is ideal and we can always add blue skies as an enhancement. We will reschedule a reshoot if the weather is "unsafe" for the photographer to travel to your listing, there will be no fee charged to the client for this reshoot.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?We understand things happen, and we do our best to accommodate the agent's need to cancel or reschedule. Please inform us by the night before the appointment at the latest to avoid any cancellation fee. It is agent's responsibility to prep the home before the appointment, check the weather, communication with the home owner and home repair team, anything that needs to be done for the home to be "photo ready". If anything that causes difficulty of photoshoot on site, and leads to decision of cancel, a $50 fee will apply to agent's invoice. We respect the client's time and we do ask client to respect our photographer's time, everyone is equally important to Real Haus. So a call or text will be appreciated the day before if the agent decides to change the plan.

How to prep the home to be "Photo Ready"?For the best results, it is important that the property is ready to shoot on the day of appointment, so everyone can run the day smoothly and sufficiently. Some guidelines what is a photo-ready home: Remove all personal items, organize the rooms, and declutter the counters, etc. Basically showing only the necessary furnitures and decorations. Green plants are very welcome for the photoshoot, it gives nice eye-catching accent to the rooms.

How long does it take for one session of multiple service?Usually one service takes about 45 mins to 1 hour to complete, depending on the size of the home. You will be expecting roughly 2-3 hours if multiple services are ordered for the same site. Cleaner the home, the faster our field operators move.

Do you retouch/photoshop my pictures?All photos come with basic editing: adjusting the light and the color, straightening, cropping if necessary. While Real Haus work with HDR photos, we would like to keep the photos as natural as possible. We also offer enhanced photo plans if you would like more of "photoshop" look for the photos. Enhanced photo plan comes with blue sky, green grass, clear window views, which gives a complete look for the home.

How long does it take to deliver finished work?The turn around time usually takes about 24 hours for the photos. It may take up to 48 hours if other services are ordered together.

How do you deliver all the materialsAll media will be sent digitally, no physical files unless special request.
